위대한(?) 지도자 김정일에 대한 헛된 몽상에서 지금 당장 벗어나는 게 어떨까요?

S. Koreans! How about coming out of an empty dream about Great Leader Kim Jong Il right now?

남한 국민들이여! 위대한(?) 지도자 김정일에 대한 헛된 몽상에서 지금 당장 벗어나는 게 어떨까요?

The free countries still can’t understand quite well the reason why S. Koreans, who have been famous for their high intellectual power, are still dreaming of this devil man as their great leader for their two countries, even though this devil man is threatening to use terrorism against them. It is extremely difficult for me, who have an average intelligence, to see why some S. Koreans have been trying to close their eyes to this devil regime that has been threatening their own country and people with terrorism.

자유세계 국가들은 높은 지적능력을 가진 것으로 알려진 대한민국 사람들이 왜 자신들을 향하여 테러수단을 가지고 위협하고 있는 이 극악무도한 인간을 남북한의 위대한 지도자로 꿈꾸고 있는지의 이유를 아직까지 전혀 이해할 수가 없습니다. 그것은 정상적인 지적능력을 가지고 있는 나에게 있어서도 왜 몇몇 한국인들이 그들 자신의 나라와 국민들을 테러수단으로 협박하고 있는 이 악의 정권에 그들의 눈길을 주고 있는지 지극히 이해하기 어렵습니다.

Somehow, it might be understandable for Roh’s regime to have shown such a friendly gesture toward Kim and his followers to maintain a peace, but nobody around me seems to understand S. Koreans’ erratic behaviors toward this devil man who has shown the cruelest atrocity to his own people.

어쨋거나, 평화를 유지하기 위하여 노무현 정권이 김정일과 그의 추종자들에게 그러한 호의적인 태도를 보이는 것은 이해할 만하다고 칩시다. 그렇지만 남한국민 자신들에게 가장 잔혹한 행위를 보여주었던 이 극악무도한 인간을 향한 남한국민들의 엉뚱한 행동을 내 주위의 누구도 이해하는 것으로 보이지 않습니다.

When can S. Koreans wake up from their one-sided love for this horrible man to see the reality about themselves? When can S. Koreans see his bosted nuclear weapons aiming at their hearts and see his infiltration underground tunnels still being built around their land? When can S. Koreans, one of the highest intellectual peoples in this world, come out of an empty dream about a man-slaughter?

남한국민들은 언제 이 끔찍한 인간을 향한 그들의 일방적인 사랑으로부터 깨어나서 그들이 처하고 있는 실상을 깨달을 수 있을까요? 언제 남한국민들은 그들의 심장을 겨냥하고 있는 핵무기와 아직도 그들의 땅에 건설되고 있는 남침터널을 실감할 수 있을까요? 이 세상에서 가장 뛰어난 지능을 가진 국민들 중의 하나인 남한국민들은 언제 인간백정에 대한 헛된 몽상에게 헤어나올 수 있을까요?

Oh, my poor fellow Koreans. Please understand you might be the only people in this world who are still making a stupid smiling face at your worst enemy who is constantly threatening your country with terrorism. You might be the only people in this world who neglects your own invaluable freedom and exchange it for your so called great man-slaughter.

오, 나의 가엾은 한국동포들이여. 여러분들은 테러수단을 가지고 여러분의 나라를 계속 협박하고 있는 최고로 악랄한 적앞에 어리석은 웃음을 지어 보이는 세상에서 유일한 국민일 수도 있음을 제발 아셔야 합니다. 여러분들은 값으로 칠 수 조차 없는 여러분들의 자유를 소홀히 취급하여 여러분들의 이른바 위대한 인간백정과 그 자유를 맞바꿀 수도 있는, 세상에서 유일한 국민일 수 있습니다.

My heavenly God, please wake up my own people, so that they can really come out of such a silly and stupid dream and see their horrid realities around S. Korea.

North Korea is threatening to use terrorism against the South, Seoul's intelligence agency said in a rare public advisory on Monday, and warned South Korean citizens in China and Southeast Asia to be on their guard.

북한은 남한에 대하여 테러수단을 사용할 것을 위협하고 있다고 월요일 서울의 정보기관은 흔치않게 공개된 보고에서 말했다. 그리고 중국과 동남아시아에 있는 남한국민들은 조심할 것을 경고하였다.

The attacks may be in retaliation for the recent airlift of a large group of North Korean refugees, the National Intelligence Service said.
South Korea secretly organized the airlift of more than 460 North Korean refugees last month from a country that activists said was Vietnam.
"North Korea is threatening our country with terrorism in retaliation," the spy agency said in its statement.

그 공격들은 최근 북한탈북자들의 대량 공수에 대한 앙갚음일지 모른다고 NIS는 말했다.

Seoul's warning follows a barrage of verbal attacks by the North accusing the South of premeditated abduction and terrorism against its people.

South Korea denied the accusation, saying it was a humanitarian act and that Seoul was bound by law to accept any North Korean seeking asylum.

South Korea blames the North for a bombing in Myanmar in 1983 that killed 17 South Koreans including senior cabinet officers and the 1987 bombing of a Korean Air flight off the coast of Myanmar with 115 passengers and crew members on board.
