진흙밭의 돼지처럼 행복하기 원하는 어떤 분들께!
To some people who want to be as happy as pigs in mud!

예수님께서는 이렇게 말씀하셨죠.

" 너희 진주를 돼지 앞에 던지지 말라 그들이 그것을 발로 밟고 돌이켜 너희를 찢어 상하게 할까 염려하라 " ( 마태복음 7장 6절 )"

”Do not throw your pearls to pigs. If you do, they may trample them under their feet, and then turn and tear you to pieces.”

돼지들은 당신이 주는 진주의 (삶을 위한) 그 값어치를 알 수 없습니다.
그들의 행복을 위해 당신의 고귀한 보석을 희사하고 헌신하는 당신의 관대함에 감사하기는 커녕, 그들은 진주를 먹을 수 없는 것으로 여겨 멀리 내던질 것이고 심지어 해로운 것으로까지 여길 것입니다. 가치있는 보석을 파괴해버릴 것이고 그것을 조각내어 눈물짓게 만들 것입니다.

Pigs can’t know the real value of your pearls for the life of them. Far from appreciating your generosity and your sacrifice of contributing your precious jewels for their happiness, they will think you throw something uneatable or even harmful, destroy those valuable jewels, and turn against you to tear you to pieces. Pigs, which can’t be happy with your pearls, are happy in mud instead. Thus, even two thousand years ago, Jesus warned us not to throw pigs the fine pears of great value for which you sell everything you have.

나의 사랑하는 동포 한국시민들이여! 제가 아래와 같은 질문을 드리겠습니다.
My fellow Korean citizens! Let me ask the following questions:

노무현에 대한 탄핵의 처리가 헌재에서 기각되었는데, 이는 여러분의 진주를 진흙밭의 돼지들에게 준 때문이 아닙니까 ? 그들이 탄핵을 자기들 발아래 밟아 짓뭉갠 것 아닙니까 ?
노통의 복귀는우리 애국자들을 갈갈이 찢으려 하고 있지요?
Has the impeachment case against President Roh Moo Hyun, which was dismissed by the Constitutional Court, become your pears cast upon the pigs in mud? Did they trample the impeachment case under their feet? Has reinstated President Roh tried to tear our patriots to pieces?

"돼지에게 진주일랑은 주지 말아라! 그들이 진주를 발로 짓밟고 내던진 후 너를 향하여 공격할 것이다."
If all of your answers to the above questions are yes, do you now agree to what Jesus said two thousand years ago, “Don’t give pears to pigs! They will trample the pearls and turn and attack you.”?

불행히도, 같은 일이 여러분에게 일어나고 있습니다.
사랑하는 내 동포들이여!
여러분이 그간 눈물과 땀과 자유 세계의 형제 그리고 같은 동포들의 피로써 일구고 가꾸어온, 향유하여온 대한민국 국민들의 자유와 경제적 풍요로움에 대해 부디 생각하여 보십시오.
한국전쟁 참전용사들의 기념비에는 다음의 말이 새겨있습니다.
"자유는 공짜가 아니다. 우리 조국은 그들이 결코 알지 못했던 만난 적도 없던 한 나라를 지켜주기 위하여 그 부름에 명예로이 응답했던 딸들과 아들들을 이 자리에 안고 있다."
그 추모비는 자유에 대한 그 부름에 응답했던 미국인들을 기리며 서있습니다. 그들은 자유 때문에 가장 심각히 투쟁해야 할 순간속에서 일했고 투쟁했으며 그들의 목숨을 바쳤습니다.

Unfortunately, the same case can be applied to you, my dear Koreans! Just think about the freedom and the economic prosperity of S. Koreans you have enjoyed due to the tears, sweats, and bloods of peoples from the free world who never knew your country and never met your people, as well as your own peoples. Have you heard about the Korean War Veterans Memorial, saying, "Freedom is not free. Our nation honors sons and daughters who answered the call to defend the country they never knew and the people they never met, "? The Memorial honors those Americans who answered the call, those who worked and fought under the most trying circumstances, and those who gave their lives for the cause of freedom.

사랑하는 동포 한국인들이여!
My dear Korean citizens!

여러분은 이미 벌써 당신들의 진주 - 자유와 풍요 - 를 진흙밭의 돼지들에게 던져버린 것은 아닙니까 ?

진실로, 저에게는 여러분이 그 귀한 진주들, 자유와 풍요의 경제와 "50 년간의 한미혈맹"이란 여러분에게 주어졌던 것들을 이제 진흙밭의 돼지처럼 내던지고, 발로 밟고 산산이 조각내고 잘라버리는 중인 것으로 보입니다.
Aren’t the freedom and the prosperity of S. Korea pearls to thrown to the pigs in mud? Your answer might be ‘no’, but to me “yes.” It seems to me that S. Korean do not still realize that precious pearls should be thrown to only those who are willing to appreciate, cherish, and love such precious jewels and defend such invaluable jewels against the evil stealers, such as Kim Jong Il, his gang, and his groups working actively in S. 여러 차례, 저는 여러분에게 도전하라고 3S(스크린, 섹스, 스포츠)로 표현되는 그 진흙밭에서 밖으로 나오라고 부탁드렸습니다. 그리고 김정일이란 도살자를 비호하는 사기꾼들, 남한이기주의를 첫째로 여기는 일당들(기이하게도 북한의 주체를 연상시키게 하는)의 덫으로부터 조국의 자유를 방어하기 위해 투쟁하시라고 부탁드렸습니다.
그 사기꾼들은 시종일관 위대한 지도자동지인 김정일에 의한 통일만이 진짜 독립이란 식으로 여러분을 속이고 있습니다.

그리되면, 한 가지 자명한 것 - 미국에 사는 한인동포들과 미국인들 볼 적에 - 은 곧 김정일이란 도살자가 내려와서 여러분을 여러분이 행복하게 여기던 그 진흙밭에서 끌어내고 도살장으로 보낼 것이란 겁니다.

대한민국이 지금 향유하고 있는 자유와 경제적 번영이 진정 진흙탕속 돼지에게 던져진 진주입니까? 혹은 돼지코에 걸려있는 금반지란 말입니까?

친애하는 동포 한국인들이여! 여러분들은 왜 횃불을 든 여신상이 자유/해방을 상징하는지 아십니까? 왜냐하면 그 여신상은 자신의 빛를 발할 때만 단지 보여질 수 있는 아름다운 작품이기 때문입니다. 마치 값으로 칠 수 없을 만큼 귀중한 진주처럼.

하느님, 도살장으로 끌려가는 행복한(?) 나의 동포들을 부디 돌아보소서 !

That’s fine to me if you refuse to come out, instead decide to stay in mud and to be as happy as pigs in mud. The only problem is that we, including many Korean-Americans and Americans, can see the slaughter pull you out of the mud soon and take you, who will be still as happy as pigs in the mud, to the butchery. Is the freedom and the economic prosperity, which S. Koreans are enjoying now, really invaluable pearls thrown to pigs in mud? Or a gold ring in a pig's snout?

My dear fellow Koreans! Do you know why freedom/liberty is symbolized by a statue of a lady with a torch? Because it is a thing of beauty that can only be seen when its light shines. Just like an invaluable pearl. Oh, my God. Please help the pigs being taken to the butchery!
