대통령 각하: 각하는 우리 미국 시민들만을 위해서가 아니라 아프가니스탄에서 죽지 못해 살아가는 아프간 국민들을 위하여 알 카에다와 탈레반들을 제거했습니다. 각하는 이라크 국민들을 해방시키고 세계를 후세인의 공포와 위험에서 구하기 위하여 사담 후세인을 제거했습니다. 각하는 미국의 한심한 민주당원들과 가망없는 유럽 우방들의 반대에도 불구하고, 이 두 전쟁에서 기대 이상의 성과를 거두었습니다.

본인은 전에도 여러 번 각하에게 편지를 드렸습니다. 이 세상에 악마가 또 하나 존재하며, 그 악마의 이름은 북한의 김정일이라고. 그런데 한반도에서는 그동안 모든 상황이 형편없이 더 나빠졌기 때문에 또 다시 각하에게 편지를 드립니다. 만일 각하가 곧 결단을 내리지 못하시면, 두 가지 이유로 한반도의 상황은 최악으로 치달을 것입니다. 김정일의 핵무기와 飢餓를 이용한 인종학살, 그리고 남한의 친북 반역세력의 집권 창궐 때문입니다.

우리는 새삼스럽게 김정일이 얼마나 지독한 악마인가 떠들 필요조차 없습니다. 이제는 전 세계가 이 사실을 알고 있습니다. 그 자는 국가간의 약속을 저버리고 그동안 핵무기를 포함한 대량 살상무기를 개발해왔습니다. 그 자는 자국민을 수백만 굶겨 죽였습니다. 그 자는 수십 곳 정치범 수용소에서 수십만 무고한 백성들을 살해했습니다. 어제 BBC 방송은 김정일이 정치범 수용소에 잡혀들어간 수인들에게 독가스를 생체실험했다고 보도했습니다. 그 자는 사겠다는 손님만 있으면, 언제 어디에서나 미사일과 불법마약을 국가사업으로 밀매하고 있습니다. 김정일은 살인범이자 악독한 폭군입니다. 자국민과 전 세계 인류에 대한 김정일의 죄악상은 참으로 끔찍하여 말로 표현할 수 없을 정도입니다.

그러나 지금 각하에게 말씀드리고자 하는 것은, 김정일이 그동안 남한의 두 대통령이란 자들, 김대중과 노무현의 도움을 받아, 남한을 親-김정일 국가로 바꾸는데 믿을 수 없을 정도로 성공했다는 것입니다. 남한의 김대중 前 대통령이 김정일에게 미화 5억불을 몰래 갖다 바치고 2000년 남북 정상회담을 샀고, 그 덕분에 노벨 평화상까지 갈취했다는 것은 각하도 이미 알고 있으리라고 생각합니다. 김대중의 햇볕정책은, 망하기 일보 직전의 김정일을 살려내려는 음모였습니다. 북한에서 두 번째로 제일 직위가 높던 황장엽씨는 1997년 대한민국으로 망명했고, 지난 2003년 10월 미국을 방문했습니다. 황장엽씨는 워싱턴에 오셔서, 미연방 국회의원들과 각하의 국무부, 국방부 고위관리들을 면담했습니다. 황장엽씨는 만나는 사람들 모두에게, 한반도와 인접국들의 안전 안보를 위해서는 [북한의 김정일을 제거하는 것] 이 제일 우선이라고 단언했습니다. 황장엽씨는 김정일이 어렸을 때 그 자를 가르친 분으로서, 누구보다도 김정일을 잘 아는 분입니다. 그래서 그는 김일성이 1994년 죽은 뒤, 악마 김정일을 제거하여 남북한 국민들을 구하려고 대한민국으로의 망명을 택한 것입니다.

그러나 남한의 김대중과 그 후계자 노무현 덕분에 김정일은 망하지 않았습니다. 그동안 김대중과 노무현은 김정일을 모든 면에서 지원했습니다. 김대중에게서 받은 5억불로 김정일은 대량 살상무기 제작에 필요한 기술과 부품들을 외국으로부터 구입했습니다. 김대중과 노무현은 지금도 금강산 관광이니, 개성공단이니, 詐欺 사업 명목으로 김정일에게 계속 수백만불을 갖다 바치고 있습니다. 이 두 사깃꾼은 김정일이 매일 수천명 자국민을 살해하고 있는 것도 잘 알고 있으면서도, 이런 짓들을 합니다.

그동안 김대중과 노무현은 열심히 남한의 反美운동을 사주하고 지원해왔습니다. 남한의 젊은애들은, 악마 김정일이 아니라 각하와 미국이 한반도 안보의 최고 위협이라고 믿게 되었습니다. 노무현은 2003년 2월 대통령이 되기 前과 그 이후, 김정일 편을 들어서 열심히 일하고 있습니다. 노무현은 청와대 국가안보회의나 국정원 같은 정부요직에 친북 반미분자들을 앉혔습니다. 노무현은 최근, 한미 동맹관계가 심각하다고 걱정한 외무부 장관과 외교관들을 일제히 파면시켰습니다. 이 모든 것은 청와대에 앉아서 국가안보 정책을 휘두르는 이종석이란 자의 소행입니다.

남한에서는 2004년 4월 국회의원들을 뽑는 총선이 있습니다. 노무현은 이 선거에서 무슨 짓을 해서라도 친북 반미세력으로 국회를 채울 작정입니다. 북한의 김정일도 노무현을 돕고, 남한의 선거에 관여하고 있습니다. 소수의 남한 애국투사들은 노무현 세력과 죽기살기로 싸우고 있지만, 그들은 세력도 없고, 돈도 없고, 미디어도 모두 뺐긴 상황입니다. 노무현은 막강한 권력을 갖은 현직 대통령이기 때문에, 이 모든 권력, 자금, 미디어를 자기편에 갖고 있습니다. 만일 이번 총선에서 국회까지 저 쪽으로 넘어가면, 대한민국은 끝장입니다. 노무현은 김정일에게 나라를 갖다 바칠 것입니다. 본인은 아무리 생각해도 김대중과 노무현이 왜 이러는 지 이해를 못합니다. 장시간 생각해보다 내린 결론은, 김대중과 노무현은 김정일을 닮은 악마들이란 것입니다. 그들은 자국민을 증오하고 우방 미국과 미국이 상징하는 大義를 증오하는 자들입니다.

노무현은 지난 대선에서 상대방 후보를 근거없는 거짓말과 흑색 선거운동, 그리고 개표조작으로 이겼습니다. 노무현이 떠들어댄 상대방 후보의 비리나 잘못은 대선 이후 모두 근거없는 거짓말로 대한민국 검찰이 판명했습니다. 노무현은 선거에서 정정당당하게 이긴 것이 아니라, 대통령 직을 갈취한 것입니다. 이렇게 대통령이란 자가 사기로 대권을 잡은 것이 판명된 후에도, 대한민국에서는 대통령 권한이 無限대권이라, 반대당도 그렇고 국민들도 김대중을 똑같이 닮은 이 사깃꾼 현직 대통령을 어쩌지 못하고 있습니다.

본인은 미국이 비상시 이외에는 남의 나라 내정에 간섭해서는 안 되고, 안 하리라는 것을 잘 압니다. 그러나 예외란 것이 있습니다. 미국은 파나마 마약 밀매범 노리에가를 제거했고, 세르비아, 라이베리아, 이라크에서 독재자들을 제거했습니다. 미국은, 남한의 김대중, 노무현 때문에, 어쩌면 곧 북한에게 무력행사를 해야할 지도 모릅니다. 김대중과 노무현만 없었더라면, 김정일은 벌써 망했을 것입니다. 각하! 각하는 미국이 김대중을 살려준 사실을 알고 계십니까? 미국은 남한 정부가 김대중을 반란 음모죄로 사형시키려 했을 때, 적극 개입해서 김대중을 살려 놓았습니다. 물론 그 당시에는 미국이 좋은 뜻으로, 남한의 민주주의를 위해서 그랬다는 것을 압니다. 그러나 오호 통재라, 김대중은 그 후 진짜 반역도배로 판명이 났습니다. 김대중은 민주화 투사가 아니라, 김정일과 밀통하는 반역자였습니다.

지금 노무현은 적과 내통하고 있습니다. 북한의 김정일은 한반도만의 敵이 아니라 전 세계 인류의 敵입니다. 우리는 김정일을 그냥 내버려 둘 수가 없습니다. 우리는, 김정일이 아니라 미국이 主敵이라고 증오한다는 남한의 노무현 세력을 막기 위하여, 남한의 애국투사들을 지원해야 합니다. 노무현 세력은 한반도 문제를 민족끼리 해결하겠다고 설칩니다. 어떻게? 바로 핵무기로 세계를 위협하는 김정일과 평화통일 하겠다는 것입니다. 이들은 김정일이 자국민을 떼로 죽이는 인종학살범이란 사실도 잘 알면서 이런 짓들을 합니다.

미국은 이제 두 가지 解決案 밖에 없습니다: 김정일과 김정일의 핵무기를 무력으로 제거하든가, 아니면 남한의 친-김정일 세력을 지금 저지해야 합니다. 각하가 지금 이 문제를 해결 안 하신다면, 우리는 중국을 등에 업고 하나로 통일됐다는 한반도가 현실화하는 것을 어쩔 수 없습니다. 그렇다면, 남북한 7천만 인구가 인류 역사상 최악의 폭군 밑으로 들어가는 惡夢이 현실로 바뀌는 것입니다. 본인은 2000년경 40만 탈북자들이 중국에서 짐승같이 쫓기면서 산다는 말을 전해 듣고 탈북자 지원 일을 시작했습니다. 그리고 북한에서는 1995년부터 1997년까지 3백만 이상이 굶어죽었다는 끔찍한 소식도 들었습니다. 이것은 가뭄이나 홍수로 일어난 天災가 아니라, 김정일이 계획적으로 식량공급을 끊어서 자국민을 학살한 것이란 사실도 알았습니다. 본인은 이제 북한의 김정일과 남한 현 정권을 상대하여 투쟁하고 있습니다. 북한의 김정일과 남한의 현 정권은 공조 음모로서 한민족 전체를 최악의 인종학살 홀로코스트 국가로 몰아가고 있습니다.

각하, 지금 결단을 내리셔야 합니다! 북한에서는 매일 수천명이 굶어죽고, 54년 전 자국 청년들의 피를 뿌리면서 구해준 대한민국이 이제 곧 망하려고 합니다. 우리가 이 참극을 몰랐다면 후일 변명이라도 할 수 있겠지만, 우리는 이제 이 참극을 모른다고 외면할 수도 없습니다. 각하는 9.11 참변 직후 국정연설에서 북한은 악의 축의 하나이고, 김정일은 대량 살상무기를 개발하면서 자국민을 굶겨죽이고 있다고, 의롭게 선언했습니다. 지금 한국민에게는 각하가 유일한 희망이고, 본인은 각하께서 사실을 直視하고, 정의의 용단을 내릴 지도자라고 믿고 있습니다.

Dear Mr. President:

You took out al Quaedas and Talibans in Afghanistan not only for us Americans but for the wretched oppressed people in Afghanistan. You took out Saddam Hussein in Iraq to free the Iraqis and to free the world from fear and danger. You have succeeded in both wars beyond expectations, in spite of the oppositions from the spineless Democrats here in the U.S. and the worthless old allies in Europe.

I wrote to you several times before, that there was another evil dictator that you should not forget: Kim Jong-il in North Korea. I write to you again because things have much deteriorated in the recent months in the Korean peninsula. Things will deteriorate even worse over there if you do not do anything soon, for two reasons: nuclear weapons and mass starvation in North Korea, and the pro-North Korean traitors in South Korea.

We do not need to talk about Kim Jong-il anymore how bad and evil he is. The whole world knows it. He broke his promise and developed weapons of mass destruction including nuclear weapons. He starved his own people by the millions. He kills thousands of innocent people in dozens of his political prisoner’s camps. Yesterday, BBC reported that Kim Jong-il’s regime experimented poison gas on the prisoners. He sells missiles and illegal drugs to whomever and wherever he can. He is a murderer and brutal dictator. The list of his crime against his own people and the humanity is hideous and abominable.

What I want to warn you now is that Kim Jong-il has succeeded fantastically in converting South Korea into a pro-Kim Jong-il country with the help from the two South Korean presidents, Kim Dae-jung and Roh Moo-hyun. I am sure you have heard already how the former president Kim Dae-jung paid half a billion U.S. dollars to Kim Jong-il in order to buy the summit meeting in 2000 between the two Kim’s, and subsequently to steal the Nobel Peace Award thanks to that meeting. Kim Dae-jung’s Sunshine Policy was a conspiracy to prop up Kim Jong-il’s regime from self-implosion. Mr. Hwang Jang-yop, the highest ranking defector who came to South Korea in 1997, came to the U.S. in October 2003. He met U.S. Senators and Congressmen, and your high ranking officials at the State Department and the Pentagon. He told them all that the only way to make the Korean peninsula and its neighboring countries safe and secure was to ELIMINATE KIM JONG-IL first. Mr. Hwang taught Kim Jong-il when he was a boy. He knew him best, and that was why he defected to South Korea after Kim Il-sung died in 1994: to help eliminate Kim Jong-il for the Korean people both in the North and South.

Kim Jong-il did not collapse because of the traitors like Kim Dae-jung and his successor, Roh Moo-hyun in South Korea. Both Kim and Roh did everything they could to prop up Kim Jong-il. With the half a billion U.S. dollars from Kim Dae-jung, the North Korean dictator Kim Jong-il bought the technology and parts to build his nuclear weapons. Kim Dae-jung and Roh Moo-hyun are still pumping millions of U.S. dollars into the pocket of Kim Jong-il through such bogus enterprises as Kumkang Mountain Sightseeing and Kaesung Industrial Development. All the while, both Kim Dae-jung and Roh Moo-hyun knew that Kim Jong-il was murdering his own people by the thousands everyday.

Both Kim Dae-jung and Roh Moo-hyun egged on the anti-American movement in South Korea. The kids in South Korea now believe that you and the U.S. are the real threat to the peace in the Korean peninsula, not Kim Jong-il, the devil. Roh has been working for the cause of Kim Jong-il before and since he became the President in February 2003. Roh appointed anti-American activists to the key positions in his government such as the National Security Council and the National Intelligence Service. Roh recently fired the Minister of Foreign Affairs and high-ranking pro-American diplomats because they spoke about their concerns for the deteriorating alliance between South Korea and the U.S. Rhee Jong-suk, who is in charge of all national security matters at the Blue House, was behind all this.

There will be a general election in April 2004 in South Korea to elect the members of the National Assembly. Roh is now determined to secure the majority in the National Assembly with pro-North Korea and anti-American politicians in South Korea. Kim Jong-il in North Korea is doing everything to help Roh get his majority. Some patriots in South Korea are fighting against them very hard, but they do not have the power, money, or the media. Roh has them all on his side because he is the all powerful President. If the National Assembly goes over to his side, it will be the end of South Korea. Roh will turn the country over to Kim Jong-il. I cannot figure out why Kim Dae-jung and Roh Moo-hyun did what they did. The only reason I could come up with is that they are evil characters just like Kim Jong-il. They hate their own people and they hate the U.S. and it stands for.

Roh won the presidential election with false charges against the other candidate and by manipulating the vote-counting machines. All the charges he made against the other candidate have been proven false and malicious by the court since the election. Roh did not win the election, but he stole it. Since the power of a president in South Korea is limitless, the opposition party or the people cannot do anything to unseat the president even after it was proven he was a scoundrel and a cheat, and even after he was proven a traitor like Kim Dae-jung.

The U.S. should not and would not intervene in the political affairs of another country under normal circumstances. However, there are times that the U.S. has intervened for the sake of our national security and crimes against humanity: Panama, Serbia, Liberia, and Iraq. The U.S. may have to go to war with North Korea because of the traitors like Kim Dae-jung and Roh Moo-hyun in South Korea. If it were not for Kim Dae-jung in South Korea, Kim Jong-il would have been no more long time ago. Did you know that the U.S. saved Kim Dae-jung when he was about to be executed in South Korea for treason? The U.S. intervened at that time, and saved Kim Dae-jung. Of course, the U.S. meant good. The U.S. did it for the sake of democracy at the time. Alas, it turned out that Kim Dae-jung was truly guilty of treason! He was not a freedom fighter, but a conspirator working for Kim Il-sung.

Now that Roh Moo-hyun is working with the enemy, enemy against not just South Korea but the whole world, we should do something about it. We should help the opposition party in South Korea to defeat Roh’s Party who openly declares that the U.S. is their enemy, not Kim Jong-il. They say they will solve the problem between the North and the South among themselves. How? By peaceful unification with the nuclear evil Kim Jong-il. And they all know Kim Jong-il is a mass murderer of his own people.

The U.S. has two choices: Strike Kim Jong-il and his nuclear plants now, or stop the self-destructive anti-American traitors in South Korea. If you do neither, you will have a unified Korean peninsula against you with China in the background. You will have 70 million people under the most brutal tyranny in the history of mankind. I started to help save the North Korean refugees in 2000 when I learned there were four hundred thousands of them in China, living like animals. I learned that more than three million people died from starvation in North Korea from 1995 through1997. I found out it was not a natural disaster, but a man-made systematic genocide by this Kim Jong-il. I now fight against both Kim Jong-il and the current South Korean government. They are together hand in hand in this unprecedented butchery, that I call NK Holocaust.

Please do something now! Thousands are dying everyday in North Korea, and the country that the U.S. saved 54 years ago with its own blood is going under. If we did not know about it, it may be o.k. We all know about the tragedy now. You said courageously in your State of the Union address after the 9.11 massacre that North Korea was an Axis of Evil and that Kim Jong-il was making weapons of mass destruction while starving his own people. You are the only hope to the Korean people because you see the truth and you have the courage to act!

Now, it is claimed, it is also where thousands die each year and where prison guards stamp on the necks of babies born to prisoners to kill them.
